These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Coos Art Museum (“CAM”) Membership and related services. By signing up for a CAM Membership, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
- Membership is available to individuals 18 years or older.
- Minors may hold memberships with parental or guardian consent.
- Membership benefits are non-transferable and intended for the named member only.
Membership Benefits
CAM Membership includes, but is not limited to:
- Free or discounted admission to exhibitions and events.
- Access to member-exclusive communications and updates.
- Discounts on classes, workshops, and museum store purchases (as applicable).
- Any additional benefits listed on the membership page.
Membership benefits are subject to change without prior notice at CAM’s sole discretion.
Membership Fees
- Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
- The term of membership is one year, starting from the month of purchase. Renewal dates are rounded to the end of the purchase month.
- CAM reserves the right to adjust membership fees. Notice of fee changes will be provided in advance for renewals.
Payments
All payments are processed securely. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method.
- The payment information provided is accurate and complete.
Failure to process payment may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.
Account Management
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including contact details.
- To update your information, contact CAM at development@coosartmuseum.org.
- Lost or stolen membership cards (if applicable) should be reported for replacement.
Use of Membership
- Membership privileges are for personal use only.
- Members may be asked to present proof of membership (e.g., card, email confirmation) when redeeming benefits.
- Any misuse of membership benefits, including unauthorized sharing, may result in termination without refund.
Events and Programs
Members may access certain events, workshops, or programs at discounted rates or for free. Participation is subject to availability and adherence to event-specific terms.
CAM reserves the right to:
- Limit attendance based on capacity.
- Cancel or reschedule events as necessary.
Cancellation and Termination
- Members may cancel their membership by contacting CAM. However, fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- CAM reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of these terms or any actions detrimental to the museum.
Liability
CAM is not liable for any damages resulting from:
- The use or inability to use membership benefits.
- Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.
Privacy
By signing up for membership, you agree to CAM’s Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Changes to Terms
CAM may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to members via email. Continued membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
