Artist Studio Group:

Two Thursdays a month artists bring their own supplies and personal projects to the CAM Studio. This is a long-established group filled with many local artists who enjoy having a workspace outside of home, as well as light social interaction and feedback. Consider signing up for our upcoming summer session beginning in June!

Cut & Paste Collage Society:

This is a loose collage workshop where folks can bring their own projects, or use the studio’s collage supplies, and work individually or with other participants. We will have two more meetings in June and then take a break for the summer and resume this group in September. Please pre-register for this group in our classes and workshop section.

Trash Club:

Calling all feral creatures to Trash Club this summer! This is a donation-based early evening workshop that will take place every Wednesday starting in July. People are encouraged to bring all the supplies they’ve been saving that “have potential” for an art project and come learn about upcycling as a creative act. Some projects to look forward to:

Papermaking using junk mail, old bills, love letters you should’ve gotten rid of long ago, and other ephemeral detritus that accumulates throughout our lives.

Papier-mache sculpture using mostly plastic containers, masking tape, and paper.

Zines!!

Lids as magnets

….and sooooo much more!
